6 Amazing Places for Antique Shopping in New Braunfels This Fall

Fall is an especially festive time of year in New Braunfels, Texas. Mixing a taste of German culture with a day of antique shopping is a nice twist. Although it is common practice for much of Central Texas to take part in New Braunfels’ fall festivities of Oktoberfest and Wurstfest, if the roar of the crowd makes you feel more like running away, a quiet antique shopping trip may be more relaxing.

New Braunfels holds many wonderful antique stores.  If you are interested in escaping the crowds this fall, here is a list of some antique stores in the area.

1. Hausita Antiques

2. Traveling Gypsy Antique Mall

If you want to get away from the crowds, but not too far away, Traveling Gypsy is the perfect location. Near Landa park (and Wurstfest), Traveling Gypsy is close to the bratwurst and brew. 3. The Gruene Flea Antique Mall

Acquiring merchandise mainly from estate sales and run by a licensed auctioneer, this is not a typical flea market. This multi-dealer 6,000 square foot gallery holds a variety of vintage arts, jewelry, collectibles, and more.
