If you or someone you know wants a better job, the Christian Job Corps (CJC) of Gillespie County wants to help. The 12-week CJC program is patterned after the very successful programs in Kerrville and Boerne and will present programs for both men and women. The Jobs 4 Life curriculum, which is oriented toward basic job skills, has helped hundreds of area residents improve their lives through better employment. The program begins with an evening meal and there is no fee for participants.

For more information on the CJC, come to an open house on Thursday, February 16th, at 6 p.m. at their offices in Memorial Presbyterian Church, 607 N Milam, Fredericksburg, Texas, or call the Executive Director, Danny McQuay, at (210) 393-6793. An application for the program can be found on their website and is available at the Job Corps office.
