Popular YouTube channel Good Mythical Morning recently uploaded a video where they try out a clear pumpkin pie. Though it may defy all logic, someone has figured out the way to make pie see-through!

ABC News reports that clear pumpkin pie was invented by chefs at Alinea in Chicago, and when they posted photos and video of the pie, the internet went nuts. “It fits into our menu in a playful way and allows our guests to experience something new,” Chef Simon Davies said. “We by no means are trying to re-create a classic. It’s just our way of having some fun.”

While the crust is made of traditional ingredients, the chefs at Alinea distill pumpkin, ginger, clove, and cinnamon and then form it into a clear filling. In the video below, already seen by over 1.3 million people, YouTubers Rhett and Link try out their own version of the pie. Though it isn’t the exact dish made at Alinea (and it’s actually quite a bit bigger), it’s fun to watch the two try out the odd dessert. Start the video about 3 minutes in to see how their version of the clear pie was made and their faces when they give it a go along with some follow-up “mystery pies!”
