The County Line’s Free Music Series Continues to Raise Money, Awareness for the San Antonio Food Bank

By  |

Every spring/summer, the County Line off West I-10 in San Antonio hosts the annual “Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Free Music Series.” “The Rib King” Randy Goss (co-founder and former General Manager of the County Line) established the free music series as a way to raise contributions and awareness for the San Antonio Food Bank. Randy believed that everyone needs to eat in order to be successful at work, school, or simply, just life.  Sadly, Randy passed away in 2010, but his legacy continues today through the hard work and dedication of his successors, family, and friends.

Since its inception in 2001, the County Line live music series has raised more than $94,250 and collected 48,800+ pounds of food. Because of these generous donations, the San Antonio Food Bank has been able to provide over one million meals to residents of San Antonio and its surrounding areas. What an amazing contribution to our local communities, all made possible because of one man’s mission.
