Drink Texas is a conglomerate of four drinking establishments within the San Antonio and Boerne region. All have a full bar, except the Biergarten, as the name suggests. Each one has a lively atmosphere and you can even catch live sports on the televisions there!

The location in downtown San Antonio, on 200 Navarro Street, is across from the Hotel Contessa. Here, the doors are open every single day from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Cocktails are the specialty here and are hand-made with natural ingredients, typically featuring spirits made here in Texas. A great spot for watching tourists or being one yourself.

Another site is on 19903 Stone Oak Parkway, on the Northwest side of San Antonio. Features pub food and a daily happy hour which starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. Try the pimento cheese fritters with roasted red pepper dipping sauce!

The other two sites are in the realm of Boerne: the Biergarten is right on Main Street in a shaded spot, while the other is just outside the town, on IH-10 West. The Biergarten is host to live music and outdoor seating under a beautiful established tree and stays open until 1 a.m. on Saturdays. They feature a broad selection of craft beer and wine, many from Texas! Check out the Guadalupe Pirates there on September 23rd at 9 p.m.

The IH-10 location also has a daily happy hour which starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m., and two patios. Musical stylings from the DJ booth range from classic country to 90’s rap on Friday and Saturday nights! The end of September will see Oktoberfest celebrated at these two locations, come out the September 29 – October 1. This location also features several pool tables and dart boards to appease your competitive streak.
