On the first Sunday of every month from 10:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Helotes hosts Old Town Market Days. Jewelry, hand crafted items, and fresh produce can be found at these infamous Market Days.

Helotes name was inspired by the phrase “corn-on-the-cob” which is English for elotes. Helotes, Texas was discovered in 1981. Helotes was always known for being a charming little farming community. However, in the past few years Helotes has become a historic landmark. Their dance hall magnetizes musical geniuses of all ages from all over Texas.
