Another season of “The Real Housewives of Dallas” is slated to start on August 14th at 9 p.m. on Bravo. According to Fox 4, “LeeAnne Locken, Stephanie Hollman, Brandi Redmond, and Cary Deuber are back along with two new housewives: D’Andra Simmons and Kameron Westcott.”

“The Real Housewives of Dallas” is one of the many series stemming from the extremely popular franchise that follows wealthy women living extravagant lifestyles while constantly picking fights and reconciling with one another. Like most reality TV, the “reality” is that a good chunk of the shows is staged, but there’s something mesmerizing about the women who Bravo chooses to cast in their Housewives franchise.

People Magazine says that the most popular series within the Housewives are Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Orange County, New York City, and New Jersey. Dallas and Potomac premiered in 2016, and even though Dallas was said to have gained the lowest ratings out of all of the shows, it’s still getting another chance with a couple of new women to help boost the cast of characters. Kameron is described as “a real-life Elle Woods from Legally Blonde,” and D’Andra will fill the role of a not-so-typical “wealthy Dallas housewife.”

Tune in later this summer to see how the season unfolds.
