Brew Up a Few of These Spooky Cocktails This Halloween

By  |

Last week, So Yummy released a line-up of Halloween cocktails that will have you rushing to the store to make your favorite tomorrow. In the video seen on Facebook, viewers are introduced to a Candy Corn Martini, Witches’ Brew, Black Widow’s Web, The Poisoned Apple, Swamp Monster’s Punch, and Liquid Ghost. Each of these brews goes beyond a simple dash of alcohol in soda, but they aren’t extraordinarily difficult to make either.

On Ever & Ivy, the recipes for each cocktail are written out. All of the mixtures are listed as “easy” to make, but some will require seeking out special ingredients. The Witches’ Brew needs a teaspoon of purple edible glitter to give it a hauntingly beautiful appearance, and The Poisoned Apple uses dry ice to look as if it will cast a spell upon its drinker (who should be mindful to not start sipping until the ice has melted.) Also, the Black Widow’s Web gains its dark hue from activated charcoal, which doesn’t have a taste, but it can creep out those who have never seen it used in food or drinks before.

Check out the candy corn concoction and the glittery brew in the Instagram video below, and if those two choices don’t strike your fancy, head over to Facebook or Ever & Ivy to watch the full video.

Here for the boo-z? Check out these Halloween cocktails! 👻🍸
