ABC 13 reports that Taco Bell is advertising their new breakfast offering as a “game-changer.” What could the fast-food chain have possibly come up with to revolutionize your morning meal? Taco Bell is introducing their “Naked Egg Taco,” and instead of a taco shell or tortilla, they’re using a fried egg to function as the shell. Nestled inside of the egg are cheese, potatoes, and a choice of bacon or sausage.

The new product won’t be released to all of the U.S. until the end of the month, but a reporter at Business Insider already got a taste. Overall, they found the new fast food item super tasty, but it did leave a greasy mess on one’s fingers (much like Taco Bell’s Naked Chicken Chalupa). For those who don’t like to be a little messy, Taco Bell offers a “dressed” version with a flatbread exterior.

“It’s hard to go wrong with fried eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, and cheese (in both the shredded and melty nacho variety). The nacho cheese helps alleviate one of the problems with using the egg as a taco shell: it needs to be cooked too much to allow for a nice, drippy yolk,” Business Insider writes.
