Folks in the Hill Country are as talented as the day is long. We’re musicians, artists, writers, doctors, lawyers, cowboys, poets – you name it. And, we’re inventors, too. Take something ordinary and turn it into something extraordinary. Make a plan, create, invent. But a clarinet out of a carrot?

Linsey Pollak with the University of Sydney gave a TEDxSydney talk about using average, ordinary items to create music. We all “consume” music, he says, so why not make a carrot clarinet? You have to see this thing work!
