Horse-Drawn Carriage Goes Through Bill Miller’s Bar-B-Q Drive-Thru

The most Texas thing happened in San Antonio on Sunday, March 6. A horse-drawn carriage was seen moseying its way through Bill Miller’s Bar-B-Q drive thru.

Reported to Mysanantonio.com by Elizabeth Castillo, the photo depicts a coachman hauling a Cinderella’s formal ball-carriage through the Miller drive thru on 1030 East Durango Blvd. The beautiful horse pulling the cart even appears to be waiting patiently, probably lured by the smells radiating from inside.

Apparently, Castillo even mentioned that the coachman had his Bill Miller refillable tea cup with him, ready to take advantage of the discount sweet tea for refill purposes.

What would you have done had you been the car in front of this sight? There are always funny pictures like this floating around the Internet, but never one with such an intricate carriage attached. I’ll bet many a proposal have happened in the back of that beauty.

And besides, a hungry driver is a grumpy driver, so at least this man knew exactly what he wanted. I’m sure his mood improved ten-fold after some delicious Bill Miller Bar-B-Q.

Still, this probably isn’t a very regular sight in San Antonio. Cinderella would be proud to see her ride to the ball being used in such a manner.
