The renovation also includes an expansion of their rainwater storage, adding 25,000 more gallons of storage. It sits on 88 acres above Onion Creek in the Texas Hill Country near several wineries. The Inn recently expanded their kitchen, switching to almost 100% locally sourced ingredients. They also serve a selection of the top wines from around the country and a selection of local beer.
