Texas DPS Increases Reward for Leads in 1980 Midland Cold Case

Foul play has been suspected in the disappearance of Booth. Lt. B. J. Land serves with the Midland Police Department’s Investigative Services Bureau. Land told newswest9.com that over the years suspects and leads were developed, but they never had evidence to prosecute or arrest. Those with information on the disappearance of Kristy Lynn Booth are asked to contact the DPS Missing Persons Hotline at 1-800-346-3243 or call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
