To assist Erin in her Chevrolet road trip tour, she’ll be downloading the Ennis Y’all mobile app. It includes a GPS-enabled bluebonnet trail map, as well as a list of all area shopping and dining hot spots and events – such as the festival they’ll be attending. The comfort and space that the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ affords the group will allow them to not only tour the Ennis Bluebonnet Trails but also test their ride, complete with all the latest technology to support their trip. Its 4G LTE Wi-Fi feature will keep them connected on the road, and the onboard Apple CarPlay option will have them streaming their favorite music for the entire tour! Speaking of music, on Friday, April 12, 2019, the Ennis Bluebonnet Festival headliner will be Le Freak, starting at 8 p.m. This evening show is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, including full lighting and great sound. It’ll be a fantastic start to an awesome weekend lineup!

Getting to Ennis will also be a breeze with the Silverado’s Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. On Saturday, April 13, 2019, prior to doing a 2 p.m. Facebook Live feature directly from the event, Erin and her crew will do a nature preserve wildflower tour at nearby Kachine Prairie. The preserve is a local treasure of sorts, consisting of 30 acres of undisturbed native prairie on the eastern shore of Lake Clark. Kachina Prairie, which is an Ennis treasure –30-acre remnant native, never-plowed prairie, now being actively conserved by a coalition of the Ennis Garden Club, Indian Trail Master Naturalists, City of Ennis, and the Texas Land Conservancy.
