  • 1 Dome-Shaped Umbrella
  • 5 Rolls of Wired and Curly Gift Wrapping Ribbon (color choice is up to you)
  • 2-3 Strings of LED Lights
  • A Glue Gun (preferred, but strong clear tape will also work)
  • Velcro

Obviously, this costume requires a bit of crafting, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to account for that. In total, this outfit could be completed within a two-hour time span and according to the blog’s author, the final cost was less than $30.
