Adorable Fox Rescued from a Family’s Living Room

The Wildlife Aid YouTube channel chronicles rescuers who save British wildlife, like the fox in the story below, from tough situations. Their successes were shown on TV for 15 years on Animal Planet’s “Wildlife SOS.”

Now, they update their channel with new videos that continue to promote awareness that wildlife rescues take skill, patience, and knowledge about each creature. As their YouTube page says, “It’s our way of digitally opening our doors to you so you can see where your donated money goes and the amazing animals whose lives you enhance every day with your generosity.”

In a recent post, viewers watch as wildlife rescuer Simon attends to a call about a fox in a family’s living room around 11:30 at night. The scared fox is jumpy and very confused about his surroundings, but Simon manages to get the beautiful creature back into the wild without any big hiccups.

What makes the video so great is Simon’s amazingly gentle approach. It’s so sweet how he talks to the fox! His charming way of trying to chat with the animal is so engaging and serves as a great example of how calm people should be when dealing with confused animals.
