Here in Texas, we love our pets as much as we love our family. But, getting the family dog to sit still for a great picture is tough for even the best of us, and with today’s many technological advances (including camera-phones), it’s still a miracle, at best, when one out of 40 shots turns out. But, Lance Partridge, a sheep farmer from Walcha, Australia, has somehow managed to best the majority of us! In four super selfies, Partridge posed with his two sheepdogs (as well as a sheep), which were posted to social media by UNILAD. The shots showed the group cuddled up and…smiling! According to the story, Partridge was actually trying to take a picture of his beard when his fur-buddies photobombed him.
The shots went viral, with over 124,000 likes and more than 5,000 shares. And, despite the fact that he was an internet sensation, Partridge wasn’t entirely keen, saying, “I am a little embarrassed because there are a lot of people talking about it. I was just taking photos of my beard because I had been playing a hillbilly in a musical society production and my wife wouldn’t let me keep it.”
