According to the Kiepersol Facebook post, the 8th Annual Piney Woods Wine Festival will be taking place in Lindale – also home to another famed wine venture, Red 55 Winery, owned and operated by Miranda Lambert and family. Part of the Tyler metropolitan area, Lindale has a population of just shy of 5,000 people and a rich past dating back over 146 years. Featuring excellent events and attractions, great shopping, and a number of hotels and restaurants that will make a wine vacation worth taking, Lindale will most definitely be rolling out the red carpet and welcoming Texans and national wine industry followers alike for the 8th Annual Piney Woods Wine Festival. What’s the right way to do this festival? Take your appetite for wine, food, good music, and great company, and pair it with the opportunities in Lindale. It won’t be hard to spot a great wine by smell or taste, but it will be hard to spot a missed opportunity like this once it’s passed.
