Tebow Surprises Guests at Morgan’s Wonderland
Over his career, Tim Tebow has received his fair share of criticism. The guy can’t crack a smile without someone telling him how he’s doing it wrong, but on February 10th, he once again shows us what a class act he truly is. Ahead of Alamo Community Church’s “Night to Shine” event at Morgan’s Wonderland, Tebow stopped by to surprise guests.
The Tim Tebow Foundation produces “Night to Shine” events across the country and the world to offer people with special needs or sicknesses to have a prom night dedicated to them, where they can let loose and have a great time. According to the foundation’s website, Night to Shine is hosted by over 350 churches in all 50 states and 11 different countries. The event is “a night for churches to shine, the volunteers to shine, our honored guests to shine, and most importantly, God to shine.”
Tebow’s appearance in San Antonio garnered much attention and even had the local park’s namesake Morgan Hartman feeling “giddy.” According to The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation Facebook page, Morgan turned to a staffer as Tebow was leaving and said, “he was pretty cute, though.” The local event hosted 200 guests ages 14 and up, according to KSAT. In addition, over 400 volunteers and local celebrities treated the event’s guests like royalty.
Attendees, staffers, and guests took to social media to praise both Tebow and the event over the past week.

Tebow’s career has taken him from the Heisman Trophy, to the NFL, to television, baseball and beyond. No matter what he touches he does it with class. Love him or hate him, he is determined to make a difference in this world.
