With TripAdvisor recently naming the top 10 destinations which are on the rise in 2018, and Waco, Texas taking second place on the list, we thought you might want to take the time to dreamily trace your way through some other great Texas vacation planning photos now that the winter weather is digging in. Shorter days, and the fact that “Blue Monday” has officially come and gone, means that many of us are in the process of craving some sunshine, warm temperatures, and just a little bit of the ability to see in front of our own face past 5:30 p.m. Whether you’re really planning to vacation or you’re simply daydreaming, we thought you might want to let your mind wander through some great Texas locales.

Family-friendly or a lovers’ getaway, Texas can provide the type of downtime you need, en you need it! We love our state, and there’s no better way to get a retreat from the every-day than by exploring more of what’s in our own backyard.
