We here in Texas have never shied away from telling the world about the many beauties we get to enjoy in our home state. We want the world to know what a blessing we have in our various landscape features! From rivers to canyons, to plateaus and mountains, here are just 10 of the numerous beautiful sites to see in Texas.

1. Big Bend National Park

If you’re looking for a national park to visit, it’s tough to beat Big Bend! Spend a day (or even a week) checking out the scenery – they don’t call it ‘Big’ for no reason!

2. Santa Elena Canyon

The Rio Grande passes through this canyon, splitting over 1,000 foot-tall rock walls. For swimmers and kayakers, it’s an ideal summer destination for the whole family.
