With a spring break that lasts perhaps a week in length, you can still manage to squeeze a lot in, and on a budget! Camping is always a great option and can accommodate as people as you like. For a new spin on a classic spring break experience, drive to Big Bend National Park, offering great roadside and primitive camping, backpacker trails, 4,000 species of animals and insects, and even some fossilized dinosaur bones. The Rio Grande also provides campers with great kayaking along the Santa Elena and Mariscal Canyons, with breathtaking scenery that makes perfect photo opportunities.

2. Post College Grad/Pre-Commencement of Career
