One of the biggest eye-catchers at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) was a luxury RV made by Furrion. Named the Elysium, the concept luxury motor coach has every amenity you could imagine, and many you couldn’t. We go so far as to say it’s decorated better than many of our own homes!

Complete with its own helicopter, the Elysium features modern décor, a luxury apartment-style layout, a 75-inch flat screen T.V., and even a fireplace. There’s a master bedroom outfitted in the rear of the vehicle as well as a relaxing shower/steam room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is situated towards the front of the RV.

Shared by Tech Insider on their YouTube Channel, the Elysium by Furrion gives the idea of RVing through Texas a whole new meaning. No longer will your mother-in-law think you’re carting her daughter and grandchildren around in something like Cousin Eddy’s rig from Christmas Vacation. When you pull into her laneway in Amarillo and offer to drive her down to Galveston for a little vacation time, the mere nine-hour drive (10 when you stop to let her dog out to pee) suddenly won’t seem all that bad to her! And, with a rooftop sundeck and hot tub, you’ll be able to get some peace and quiet after that long haul, with the wife by your side, a bottle of Texas wine chilling in a cooler, and the kids having a blast on the beach! Sadly, this luxury ride was designed purely for display at the 2017 CES, but if it were ever to be brought to market, the estimated price tag is around $3.5 million!
