Lakeside Golf Course is located at 405 Watts Lane in Canyon Lake, Texas. Tee off on this beautiful golf course carved into the terrain of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Pro Shop Hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily. The 19th Hole Bar is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily where you can grab a cold one and unwind. Regular rates Mon-Thurs run $ 32, Twilight Weekday rates run Mon-Thurs $24 (after 2 p.m.) Weekend rates (Fri-Sat-Sun) run $35 and weekend twilight rates run $27. 4. Visit Canyon Lake Gorge

“It took more than 100 million years for the Glen Rose Limestone to develop, but within a few weeks, the Flood of 2002 carved a gorge into the landscape below the Canyon Lake Spillway.” (http://canyongorge.org) Be sure and take the gorge guided tour. Public tours are for ages 7 and up, require good walking shoes, a group minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 23 participants (don’t all have to be in your party), last 3 hours, no potable water, and have restrooms at the bottom, middle, and top of the gorge. 5. Visit Canyon Lake

Canyon Lake is a reservoir on the Guadalupe River in Comal County. Canyon Lake has approximately 80 miles of scenic shoreline and is one of the deepest lakes in Texas averaging 43 feet in depth. Canyon Lake was first stocked in the 1970s with Largemouth Bass, Catfish, White and Striped Bass. Be sure to get your boat and fishing gear ready because Canyon Lake is a great lake to fish or boat. Tubing is available along the Guadalupe River.
There are eight public parks at Canyon Lake: Cranes Mill Park, Comal Park, Potters Creek Park, Canyon Park, Jacobs Creek Park, North Park, Overlook Park, and Guadalupe Park. Canyon Lake offers camping, picnicking areas, boat ramps, and great fishing!
