Bacon (cured and smoked in-house), hatch chiles, pimento cheese straight from Noble Pig (Austinites and foodies will definitely know the place), fried egg, onion rings, pomegranate sauce, then topped with pickled jalapeño slices.

All beef is purchased from the Florence High School FFA meat lab and is ground the same day. There are many other wonderful items on the menu to try including a Redneck Cubano made with meatloaf, pulled pork, pepperjack cheese, house sauce, and bacon jam – all on a crusty bread pressed like a Cuban. Finish your meal off with unique and creamy homemade ice cream. Chunk Cow opened in 2016 and is located in downtown Florence.
