This Tiny Lamb Was Born Without a Coat, So a Farm Hand Made Him This
On an English farm lives a tiny lamb named Skippy who was born without a wool coat. Farm hand Sally-Ann Fisher, however, knew just how to keep him warm.
In Wiltshire, England, Skippy was born to be different. Not only did he look like kangaroo at birth, hence his name, he was completely bare. Rejected by his mother, Sally-Ann Fisher, the farm hand, began to hand feed Skippy and knew he was cold.
She had the idea to create a sweater for the lamb made out of clumps of fleece that not only helps him blend into his sheep relatives, but also keeps him warm. Skippy became a sensation on the internet after BBC News caught wind of his interesting wardrobe.
Skippy is a little over 10 days old and is adapting well to his new jacket. “He’s just unlucky, but he’s doing great,” Sally-Ann told BBC News, and we happen to agree.
