Midland Woman Wins $1M with Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket
Orania Ramos struck gold with a scratch-off lottery ticket that won her the jackpot: $1 million.
Kent Kwik near Briarwood Avenue in Midland is the magical place where Ramos’ life changed after scratching off a lottery ticket to reveal the jackpot prize of one million dollars.
In the state, there were only five winning tickets floating around, as reported by NewsWest9, and now there are only two left. Ramos is the third winner of the prize.
The Kent Kwik, too, could see a retailer bonus of $10,000, which is common in a lottery prize situation. In the entire state of Texas, there are two lottery tickets left (we’re emphasizing this) so you could be the next winner!
Charlie thought it was impossible, too, but you never know. Also, scratching those tickets off is a great stress reliever even if your adrenaline does spike if you match two, but not the third.
Do you know someone who has won the lottery? How have they spent their winnings? Rarely do you hear of lottery winners – it’s almost as if the winning tickets are just sitting and collecting dust in a display case in gas stations across Texas. So really, why not you?
