San Antonio’s Teka Molino Offering 21 Cent Tacos Today Only
For today only, you can grab breakfast tacos for 21 cents from San Antonio’s Teka Molino!
Teka Molino’s locations at 1007 Rittiman and 7231 San Pedro will serve 21 cent bean and cheese tacos (at a two taco limit) from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on July 21st.
What brought on this celebration of the number 21? Tim Duncan Day, of course!
Tim Duncan, who played for the San Antonio Spurs for 19 years, recently announced his retirement from professional basketball. Since he wore the #21 jersey, Mayor Ivy Taylor officially declared today Tim Duncan Day.
“Tim may not be comfortable with all the attention, but I do think he deserves it,” Mayor Ivy Taylor posted on Facebook. “Besides being one of the greatest players of all time, he’s also an outstanding role model. He taught us how to work hard, win and remain humble. He truly fits the definition of champion, and what better way to honor our most decorated champion than by declaring July 21 as Tim Duncan Day? It will allow fans everywhere to show him just how much he means to us, to our City and to the sports world.”
Customers must be present to purchase and scarf down Teka Molino’s delicious tacos. While you’re out, stop by City Hall to check out the proudly displayed Tim Duncan Day banner.
