New Adage: You Can’t Judge a Leopard By Its Spots? Animal/Human Friendship Video Is Stunning

A video showing the loving relationships and bonds that can be developed between humans and animals was recently posted on the Voice Of Animals Facebook account and it has a tendency to get the viewer right in “the feels.” Comprised of various pieces of footage from around the world, showing relationships between mankind and animals such as bears, wild cats, crocodiles, elephants, and the like, it shows the true compassion the animals and their human counterparts can have for each other.

With an acoustic guitar soundtrack, each of the diverse relationships between man and animal is showcased in their natural homes and habitats, including the man that befriended the crocodile and actually swims and goes as far as kissing the animal! It can be quite incomprehensible as to the circumstances that would have led to this type of bond developing between creatures that are so naturally killer and prey. Yet there they are, along with many other examples of the very same, proving not that the adage is “a leopard can’t change its spots,” but perhaps a new one: “you can’t judge a leopard by its spots.”

The video on Voice Of Animals Facebook page shows animals both comforting and being comforted by their human friends, happy to see them, happy to spend time interacting with them, and no distress on the parts of the animals. It really is a utopic relationship that we have often read about or seen in movies, but not so much in real life – especially not with some of the animals we have in Texas! Not all animals in the video were those that would readily attack a human (i.e. an owl, a fox, and a cow) but the simple fact that they’ve dropped their guards enough to trust and, in turn, be trusted by their human friends is a wonderful thing to see.
