The Abilene Freedom Festival returns with the 3rd annual July 4th celebration. Originally held over two days, Freedom Festival has been refashioned as a single day event due to COVID-19 concerns. The festival will be in accordance with local and state guidelines for the health of all event attendees and staff.

Festivities will be held on the grounds of the Taylor County Expo Center, with all guests asked to use good sense and practice social distancing. The event will follow all CDC guidelines for food service, and hand sanitizer will be available inside the event.
