Adopted Kids from China Reunited in Texas With Their New Families
This short video could not be sweeter, and once you hear the story , it will completely brighten your day.Last year, the Skyes adopted a little girl named Hannah from an orphanage in Changsha, China and brought her to Texas. While looking through photos taken of the four-year-old before she was adopted, the Skyes noticed that there was a little boy next to her in every photo. They learned that the two were, in fact, best friends while at the orphanage, and they even lived in the same foster home on the weekends.
After thinking about how far away Hannah was from her best friend, the Skyes decided to take action. They posted information about the little boy on their Facebook page, urging a fellow Texan to adopt him, and it worked! Last week, the Clarys, who live minutes away from the Skyes, brought Dawson home from China. The video below shows the two friends reuniting at the Dallas airport.
Since the Sykes and Clarys go to the same church, the two children will be able to maintain their friendship that could last a lifetime thanks to their caring families.
