Ah-nold Schwarzenegger Visits El Paso

If you were around El Paso on March 31st, you had the chance of running into Arnold Schwarzenegger. You just didn’t realize it at the time.

He was located in Texas via Snapchat and was seen browsing the Lucchese boot factory around 1:30 p.m. According to KLAQ, he toured the factory and even bought a pair of Texas boots with pride.

A member of the KLAQ team, Fernando Cuevas, was even able to track down the 68-year-old former Governor of California. It’s not his first pair of Lucchese boots, either, as he visited the “company back in October 2008 to purchase 125th anniversary boots,” according to KFOX 14.

He later dined at L&J Cafe, which is Mexican restaurant that serves incredible food in El Paso.

By posting his whereabouts on social media, El Paso residents and Ah-nold fans greeted him outside the factory following his tour and he kindly obliged to take a few photos and sign a few autographs.

It seems Mr. Schwarzenegger knows that the keys to any Texan’s heart are a kind word and a friendly smile.
