If you’re looking for a unique Christmas present, and you happen to have $6 million laying around, look no further than the Bayou Wildlife Zoo in Alvin, Texas. Last year, it was reported that the zoo/wildlife park went on sale, and MySA.com writes that the owner has entertained a few “nibbles,” but the zoo still hasn’t switched hands.

The price has decreased by $1 million in the hopes that someone will come along that will take the opportunity to care for 500 animals and the 80-acre property seriously. MySA.com says that the Bayou Wildlife Zoo has 10 employees and about 90,000 visitors each year.

The listing of the property on Realtor.com states that everything is OK after Hurricane Harvey, so buyers shouldn’t worry about the awful storm that blew through earlier this year.
