Woman Arrested After Allegedly Damaging Date’s Home

By  |

KHOU reports that a woman has been accused of criminal mischief involving Andy Warhol paintings in an attorney’s home in River Oaks, in Tarrant County, Texas. Allegedly, she became intoxicated while on a date with Anthony Buzbee who says he called an Uber for her once they reached his home. He also states that she didn’t leave his house, and she hid for some time before becoming aggressive.

According to the news, “She is accused of yelling obscenities while tearing down two original Andy Warhol paintings, estimated at $500,000 each, from the wall of the attorney’s home. She then allegedly threw two sculptures, valued at $20,000 each, according to charging documents.” CBS News reports that she “…poured liquid onto the paintings.”

There currently doesn’t seem to be an account of what transpired from the accused woman who says she works as a court reporter in Dallas. She has been released on bail of $30,000.

Buzbee is no stranger to making the news. In the past couple of years, he has made headlines for parking a military tank in front of his River Oaks mansion and battling the local homeowner’s association, as well as for hosting a fundraiser for Donald Trump at his home.
