This Austin Property is the Most Expensive Airbnb Rental in the United States

An Airbnb listing called “SXSW Exclusive” is said to be the priciest rental on the website in the United States. At $10,075 a night (with a three-night minimum) for a house in Austin, it will have many people feeling taken aback. According to the listing, there’s room for 19 people in eight bedrooms across three different houses on the property, and of course, there’s an incredible outdoor area with a pool and indoor areas with impeccable style.

There isn’t an exact address listed for the property, so inquisitive folk can’t drive by to take a peek, but Austin 360 guesses, “…it appears to be immediately west of the Austin Community College campus near the corner of North Lamar Blvd. and 15th Street.”

As it says on the Airbnb listing, the mansion is still up for grabs during SXSW this year from March 7 to the 19. So get a hold of 18 of your closest friends with money to spare if you want to scoop up a stay and have SXSW bragging rights for years to come.
