Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie Celebrates Summer the Sweet Way

By  |

Celebrate our country’s independence this July 4th with cherry and blueberry “pie” macaroons. Larger than an average macaron, Bisous Bisous lends a French twist to the all-American dessert. Pie macarons are $5 each, available the first week of July only.

An old-fashioned ice cream social will celebrate National Ice Cream Day July 21. Rendezvous, the Bisou Bisou food truck, will serve freshly made ice cream from noon to 5 p.m. outside the store. Inside, the patisserie serves up its signature Croissant Waffle Ice Cream Sammies ($6). Sammies offer a choice of three different house-made ice cream flavors. The filling is sandwiched between made-to-order croissant waffles. Then tossed in flavored sugars and topped with a choice of nut crunch, chocolate decorations, or sauces. Bisous Bisous will also serve ice cream shaped macarons and other desserts and beverages.
