Blue Bell’s Looking Forward to December With Their Christmas Flavors

Blue Bell isn’t taking Target’s cue to chill out Christmas-themed items before Halloween passes. The Texas ice cream company is diving right into the holiday spirit with their new flavors that they announced on their Facebook page on Monday. According to their post, Christmas Cookies Ice Cream “…features your favorite holiday cookies – chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar – combined in a tasty sugar cookie ice cream with red sprinkles and a green icing swirl throughout.” Judging from the photo, this ice cream really looks like someone baked a batch of cookies with green and red decorations and managed to morph it into ice cream.

In addition to the limited edition Christmas Cookies flavor, Chron.com writes that Blue Bell is also bringing back their much less green-appearing flavors, Peppermint Bark and Peppermint. On Facebook they write, “Peppermint is a refreshing peppermint ice cream sprinkled with peppermint candy pieces. Also, look for Peppermint Bark, a smooth mint ice cream loaded with luscious dark chocolate chunks and tasty white chocolate chunks containing crushed peppermint candies.”

The trio of Christmas ice creams is now available in the freezer aisle of grocery stores to get you in the holiday spirit about a month ahead of time!
