Carlo’s Bakery, featured on the TLC hit TV show the “Cake Boss,” is set to open its second location in Texas on February 4, 2017, in Frisco, TX. With a location already celebrating a grand opening in Dallas, TX in 2016 at Preston Center, this will be the 14th Carlo’s Bakery in the nation and second in Texas, shared Fox4News.com.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the bakery will be located in Frisco’s Stonebriar Center mall. The success and record crowd received at the Dallas location prompted the second opening in Texas.

A family owned, New Jersey based bakery since 1910, Carlo’s bakery was originally started by Carlo Guastaffero. Bartolo Valastro Sr. took it over in 1964 and, after his passing in 1994, his wife Mary Valastro and her children, including Buddy Valastro, took over the business and expanded the bakery into what is today – a nationwide success and hit TV series.
Along with their spouses, you can view the antics and ins and outs of running a legendary and successful bakery every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. CST on TLC.

With the success of Cake Boss and thousands flocking to visit the original shop in Hoboken, NJ it makes only sense to see so many others open in different cities for all to enjoy the signature, delectables treats many have come to love such as their famous cannolis, the pignoli nut cookie to satisfy any sweet tooth, and of course their biscottis. Locations can be found in not only New Jersey and New York, but also in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Nevada, Georgia, Texas, and even one in São Paulo, Brazil as shared on their website.
