Things to Do
Celebrate the Holidays at ‘Christmas in Comfort’
Live music, great food, and lots of surprises are planned. And Santa brought his petting zoo with him! Expect the unexpected, the citizens of Comfort along with The Comfort, Texas Chamber of Commerce have a few things up their sleeves that will really “WOW” you this year. Could it be apple cider? You never know if it’ll be chilly enough or not. Just one more thing you gotta love about Texas, it could be -1 with snow or up to 90 degrees and sunny.
Some families have made “Christmas in Comfort” and the parade a family tradition attending every year. Your wife will never utter those words about Christmas shopping at the mall again. Okay, no guarantees, but you’ll be hero in her eyes for a long time after this plan of action. Now here is what you need to do to make this little jaunt perfect.
- Arrive early! Parking is on a first come, first served basis, throughout the town.
- Take time to enjoy everything about “Christmas in Comfort” has to offer. Find your place early to get to the parade and fireworks. The parade begins promptly at 7 p.m. and admission is free.
- Just a friendly reminder to please understand that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Since this is such a special and popular event , there will be many workers to help all over town.
