Chick-Fil-A Announces Huge Five-Story Location With Rooftop

By  |

It’s official – fast food franchise Chick-Fil-A will open up a five-story location in Manhattan with a rooftop area where patrons can dig into their waffle fries while taking in an amazing view of New York City. Delish.com writes that this isn’t the first time this upcoming location has made national news. In 2015, it was reported that a three-story Chick-Fil-A was in the works in the Financial District, but clearly, that just wasn’t big enough.

ABC 13 reports that the massive Chick-Fil-A will reside at “…144 Fulton Street — next to the Fulton Center Station in Lower Manhattan…” Once it’s built, it will become the largest restaurant Chick-Fil-A owns at 12,000 square feet! Renderings (which can be seen here) show that it will have a simple, clean layout, with three floors of dining. The pretty rooftop area will add a level of sophistication to the project and provide a view of One World Trade Center.

According to the ABC 13, this is the fourth Chick-Fil-A location in New York City with two on Sixth Avenue in Manhattan, and one inside the Queens Center Mall. The 144 Fulton Street Chick-Fil-A will open up at some point next year, though no definite date has been determined, yet.
