The home was titled the “3 Little Pigs House” in season three of the show, and it’s been reported by the Waco Tribune-Herald that the arrest followed the investigation of a car being left wedged inside the renovated residence after a crash took place early on Saturday, July 8.

Having smashed into the front portion of the house, police identified that the homeowners, Kelly and Ken Downs, were asleep at the time, and were not hurt in the incident. The vehicle plowed through the front portion of the renovated residence.

According to Sergeant W. Patrick Swanton, the driver suffered minor injuries and was arrested for impaired driving. The Waco Fire Department also attended at the scene and officials say it looks as though the car drove through two walls within the home. They also noted that the driver’s tracks appear to have left gouges in the homeowners’ yard. Thankfully, no one else was injured in this senseless crash which could have been avoided.
