A Sort of Easy Bake Oven for Adults Makes Cookies With Ease
The CHiP Smart Cookie Oven may look more sophisticated than an Easy Bake Oven, but it will make you as giddy as a kid all over again. This new product featured on USA Today will make delicious cookies in under 10 minutes!
Customers can buy “dough pods,” which are pre-made and pre-measured portions of cookies in flavors like Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Nutella Swirl and the healthy Go Bananas Quinoa Breakfast to pop on top of the CHiP. (Think of CHiP as a Keurig, but for cookies instead of drinks.)
From there, users simply choose their desired cookie consistency on an app that communicates with the device. The app knows how to perfectly get each kind of cookie pod to make chewy, classic or crispy cookies.
Shortly after starting the device, your kitchen will smell like freshly baked cookies, and you’ll be ready to dig in. (If you prefer to DIY your own dough and watch the cooking time, there are manual settings on the CHiP as well.)
Currently, the CHiP is still awaiting funding from their Kickstarter campaign. Right now, they’re at 50% of their monetary goal. They hope to ship out the first CHiP Smart Cookie Ovens in October 2017.
