Brighten Your Day With This Fast and Easy No-Bake Pineapple Pie

When the holidays approach, the oven is often overworked. Give your oven a break with this fast and easy No-Bake Pineapple Pie.

You can make the simple version with just pineapple or dress it up with bananas, coconut, and pecans. Use some, all, or none of the extras as you desire. Either way, you end up with a scrumptious cool dessert and your oven can finish up that last-minute casserole.

Fast and Easy No-Bake Pineapple Pie (with Options)

No-bake Pineapple Coconut Pie Pineapple Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 graham cracker pie crust

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1 Tbsp. sugar

2 cups sour cream

1 sm. can crushed pineapple – drained

2 sliced bananas (optional)

2 cups toasted, flaked coconut (optional)

1 cup pecan chips (optional)

1 tub Cool Whip

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Line pie crust with one sliced banana. (optional)
  2. Beat pudding, sugar, sour cream, pineapple, 1 cup coconut (optional) and ½ cup pecan chips together (optional)
  3. Pour mixture on top of bananas or into the pie crust if not using bananas.
  4. Add remaining the bananas on top, if desired.
  5. Top with Cool Whip, remaining coconut, and pecan chips.
  6. Chill for four hours. Serve cold.
