All that singing and drinking might create a gnawing desire for food. Oma’s Kitchen, a little red food truck, puts out some serious pub grub on the grounds of the saloon. Sister Creek Vineyards re-opened the old cotton gin doors in 1988 having transformed the historical building into a winery. Employing French techniques adopted from the Burgundy and Bordeaux areas of the French wine country, Sister Creek creates award-winning wines including cabernet blends, pinot noir, merlot, and chardonnay. The winery also takes a turn at honoring Italy with its version of a Hill Country muscat Canelli.
