Yes, it is true that Halloween is currently still a few days away, yet here we are discussing the Freeform network’s recent debut of its show schedule leading up to its wildly popular “25 Days of Christmas.” It isn’t that we are trying to bypass all the events between now and the “happiest time of the year,” (we still see you Thanksgiving) its just that deep down inside, we’re still little kids who love everything about the Christmas season.
However, if you are one of the more traditional folks who prefer to wait until a little closer to the actual holiday to celebrate, never fear. This countdown does not air until November 18 and will run until the end of the month. Take a look at the schedule below to see if your favorite holiday classic made the cut!

The schedule kicks off with a Freeform premiere of Disney-Pixar’s Inside Out. 2008’s Four Christmases starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon will also be premiering on the network this year, however, it will not make its debut until November 28.
Also worth mentioning is Freeform’s new original movie, “Angry Angel”. The movie stars Brenda Song who plays a “…young woman turned angel…” having a difficult time making her way into Heaven. While stuck in New York City, Song’s love interest played by Ricky Mabe shows up adding to her conundrum. The made for television movie is scheduled to premiere November 27.
Of course, this list would not be complete without featuring several beloved Christmas movies. Elf and Home Alone have several showings scheduled throughout the countdown and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation will make an appearance on Thanksgiving Day.
While Christmas is still more than 50 days away at the time of this article, Freeform’s early release of this countdown gives us plenty of time to stock up on hot chocolate and peppermint candies in anticipation of what is sure to be a holly and jolly holiday season!
