Featuring a champagne 5K run, a VIP experience, as well as a chance to meet the chefs, the Galveston Island Wine Festival curates a wine tasting experience which is so much more than you expect! A blind tasting event is a unique opportunity for tasters to rely only on their palates to determine a wine’s attributes. Guests can swirl, sniff, and sip a variety of white and red wines while each bottle is covered. The top-scoring wines (three reds and three whites) advance to the Chaine des Rôtisseurs Dinner in which one of the finalists is named the Grand Champion of the festival.

The chance to taste top wines from the event (with over 30 premium vintages) comes at the Premium Wine Tasting. Premium Tasting ticket-holders will be among the first to have the opportunity to taste the amazing food creations which are planned as pairings for the premium wine. The Grand Tasting is known as the highlight of the Galveston Island Wine Festival.
