In November 2017, we reported on the devastating fire that closed George Strait’s Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort. Now there’s good news! After extensive work, with the addition of completely new guest experiences, the resort will be reopening this October, featuring a new clubhouse and updated guestrooms.
Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort is co-owned by the King of Country Music, who recently said that the property is coming back “Tapatio Strong,” with a renewed commitment to the local community. The Boerne resort has been fully renovated and rebuilt, making it an even better destination than it’s previous version. Set on 220 acres, the luxurious Hill Country property will begin welcoming guests on October 1, 2019.

With the new Clubhouse, newly enhanced guestrooms, and continued operation from Northview Hotel Group, the future is bright for Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort.”

The new Clubhouse is rumored to be the most inspiring feature of the new resort’s image, designed by Dallas architect Nunzio DeSantis of Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects. The 47K-square-foot facility will feature modern, western designs and décor which is reflective of the resort’s Hill Country roots. It also boasts contemporary first-in-class amenities, which are integral to the lasting and memorable experiences the guests of Tapatio Springs have long known it for. An 1,100-square-foot, Members-Only Fitness Center is a special consideration taken into account with the rebuild, along with expanded locker rooms and saunas.
