Constructed on the original foundation, with an expanded layout, the new Clubhouse leads into an expansive lobby which mirrors its Hill Country setting, with a blend of modern and rustic decor. The property’s signature restaurant, La Cascada Table & Bar, has also been redesigned. The dining room welcomes guests with expansive views, and the open kitchen makes for the perfect culinary experience. There’s also a private dining room with space for up to 35 people. There will also be a premium bar area with custom-crafted cocktails, including George Strait’s own Código 1530 Tequila. Expect a selection of great local beer on tap, as well as wine by the bottle or glass. Patio seating has been increased, and new overhead doors can transform the setting into an indoor/outdoor dining experience quickly. The addition of a stage for live entertainment as well as a full TV wall for sports enthusiasts lends to the restaurant’s appeal.
Meeting space has become an even bigger and better priority at Tapatio Springs, with the addition of 4K square feet for gatherings. Corporate meetings and social events can take center-stage in the new layout, which includes The Studio, a unique living room-like setting designed for executive retreats, creative sessions, board meetings, and hospitality. Additional function spaces have also been redesigned or increased in size, including the Cibolo Ballroom, a perfect Hill Country wedding site. Similarly, event-centric settings throughout the property will appeal to any number of indoor and outdoor functions.
