This year marked “…the fourth consecutive above-normal Atlantic hurricane season,” according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Hurricane Dorian was the most searched on Google and turned out to be the most devastating. Among this season’s major storm list (for damage) were Hurricane Barry (hitting Louisiana), Hurricane Dorian (in the Bahamas), Tropical Storm Imelda (damaging parts of Texas and Louisiana), and Tropical Storm Fernand (hitting northeast Mexico).

5. Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown is a former New England Patriots player who was released from his team after allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced. Brown denied the accusations. This was the third NFL team to release him in 2019, following which he announced via Twitter that he would “not be playing in the NFL anymore.”
