Begin by boiling the ginger root in a pot of water for 10 minutes. Add dried mint and steep for another 7 minutes. Next, add green tea and steep for an additional 3 minutes.
Once the mixture has finished steeping, strain the contents of the pot into a 1-gallon pitcher. Add the honey and mixed completely. Finally, add enough water to fill the pitcher to a full gallon.
A glass, ice, and a Texas sunset will complete this refreshing drink perfectly
